The Chinese New Year Spring Festival is coming. 3FVAPE will have an 11 days holiday from February 8, 2024 to February 18, 2024 (Beijing Time, GMT+8). We will back to office on February 19, 2024 at 9:00 am Beijing Time (GMT+8). 3FVAPE site will remain operative during the holiday and order can be placed as usual.

The products from Bonded Warehouse will be suspended order from January 31, 2024 to February 7 2024. And will be available for order again on February 7 2024.

Customer support services:

Office is close during January 19, 2023 to Junuary 27, 2023 (Beijing Time, GMT+8). Customer support service is unavailable during these days. We will try our best to response the questions before holiday. Customer service resumes on Junuary 28th but ticket response time will be delayed due to backlogs.

Order dispatching:

Orders scheduled to ship on or before February 07, 2024 can be shipped before holiday. Order placed during February 07, 2024 to February 18, 2024, will be scheduled to ship on or after February 19, 2024. Shipping resumes on February 19, 2024. Extra processing time may be required due to holiday backlogs. All orders which are ready to ship can be shipped within a few days after February 19, 2024. For orders which require extra restocking time, a new scheduled shipping date will be needed

Tracking service:

Most post offices confirmed that the packages shipped before holiday will be traceable during holiday. For tracking number, please check the email from ticket@3fvape.com, or login you 3FVAPE account to check from “MY ACCOUNT”>>”MY ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS”

24HRS SHIP:

Products with label “24HRS” in the 24HRS SHIP ZONE is expected to be shipped out in one business day before February 07, 2024 and after February 19, 2024 when we back to work.

We highly recommend you to place your order of 24HRS SHIP items before February 07 ,2024 and these orders can be dispatched before the CNY Holiday without the backlogs.

Orders of 24HRS SHIP products placed during February 08, 2024 to February 18, 2024 are expected to be dispatched on February 19, 2024 or

February 20, 2024. Please allow 1-2 days due to holiday backlogs.

Note: Orders containing “24HRS SHIP” products and Non “24HRS SHIP” products may be delayed by the Non “24HRS SHIP” product, and the order will be dispatched when the Non “24HRS SHIP” Products ready.
